Do you mean the Brake lights showing at the rear of the vehicle? If so this is the brake light switch located at the brake pedal....either broken or needs adjusting!
try replacing the flasher relay ,,id say thats the problem,,,should be under the dash,,drivers side,,,and it might say flasher on the unit maybe ,,,,,,also thinks it 4 pin when you pull out the plug,,
Have you checked the fuse inside the car ? If it does not turn on, take the car to an autoparts store to have it scanned for a code. then we can go fom there.
