I would check and clean all cable connections at the battery and power distribution box cable and lug and the fuse blades and relays and make sure they fit tight there can be an intermittent power loss from corrosion do all and post back this has to be eliminated so if the problem persists we have covered this part this could be anti theft activating from electrical power loss
faulty injectors or faulty injector control
loss of power is fuel problems ( pump or injectors )
loss of turbo boost is lack of extra fire from the combustion --back to injector or control and bad idling is injectors squirting/ not squirting and not atomizing properly

I think you may have a problem with your electric assisted power steering motor. Is the loss in power only when your are making sharp turns to the right or left?
Do you hear any load noises or squeling sounds?
