97 isuzu rodeo 6cyl...changed my valve cover gaskets...now another oil leak under the left valve cover (pass. side) about mid way down...what that is it?

No idea without a good look myself but i would hazard a guess that the gasket is adrift somehow when refitting .

Need a diagram for serpentine belt on 200 izuzu

Buy the guide on it, it's like 20-30 bucks and that's all you'll ever need to know about problems and how to know what's wrong.

Oil leak

You should replace the valve cover gaskets.. Get them at a local auto parts store..

Also I would suggest getting a Chilton Book or a similar book for your year make and model.. It had pic diagrams and step by step instructions for replacing most things..
They can be found at most auto part stores or online..

Have a great day !

I can't find the location of the spark plugs on my 1997 Isuzu Rodeo LS with a V6 3.2L engine

They are underneath the coil that each cylinder has-you'll see 6 "coils"-three to side-on top of each valve cover. Remove the wire connector from the coil-remove two screws holding each coil to valve cover-carefully pull coil up away from valve cover. If it is stuck-slightly rotate coil back and forth to break it's hold on the spark plug. Use sparkplug socket and long extension to reach sparkplug down inside of valve cover. Driver's side of engine you will find one sparkplug difficult to get because of interference from brake system components. Use TWO short extensions coupled together to reach plug-when it becomes unscrewed from cyl head-lift it up-pull off one extension to clear obstruction-then pull the plug out from valve cover. (I bet you'll see some oil inside the hole where sparkplug was-(sparkplug may be wet with oil-there are seals that keep oil from leaking out of vavle cover). I DID NOT bother to replace the seals-my Rodeo is running just fine with 317,000 miles on her.

Transmission leaking, 2000 Rodeo

Common problem for this vehicle. It is a servo cover and is held in with a snap ring. It has a spring under it pushing it out against the snap ring. You may try a honda dealer as a passport is the same as a rodeo. You may also get the part from a transmission parts supplier also. The fluid will have to be pumped in from the bottom of the pan to refill.
