2000 sienna first power door and dome lights don't

Chances are its a door switch or the wiring close to it. the wires bend every time you open and close the door. Check for that but if your dead set on a relay. look under the hood you should find a relay panel on the left(drivers side) finder well. On the cover of the panel box will be a listing and placement for all the relays

The dome lights quit working and the electric door locks will not work if the car is not running.

Probably the integration integration module, a common problem for this type failure.

That light means that you are setting the tire pressure guage. there is nothing wrong with the van.

99 Sienna pwr door lock failure

Sounds electrical/relay to me if you cannot lock by pressing the lock button on the door itself. Driver and passenger acting the same AND the remote all the same result point to only one culprit.
Let me know how it goes and best of luck!

99 sienna pwr door locks not locking

Well, I went to the dealer and was told that Integration relay does run both the remote locking, physical pressing the actual lock/unlock button on the armrest and dome light and door chime. I had NONE of these functioning, despite checking/replacing fuses, trying to reprogram the key, etc.
I do not have the picture of the relay with me right now.
Please explain the problem in little bit more detail and what did you already do try to fix it and I will see what I can do.
