There should be a yellow and a red cap. One is for low and one is for high pressure. You can go to autozone.com and register for full free online repair manual.

Can't seem to find the low port on my 1985 Buick skylark I bought the adapter for the AC since it's an r-12 any help ?

That should be the right port. Low side is the thicker hose and lines.
The fittings are opposite for R12 and R134.
Are you using an R134 hose connector ?

Where is the low pressure air conditioning service port on a 1998 Buick Skylark?

Locate your AC compressor.
The low pressure service port is located on the back of the compressor where the high and low side connections bolt to the compressor.
Look on this line about 4 inches or so back on the line.

Hope this helps.. Best of Luck

How to charge ac sytem.. where is the reclaimer located ... low side chrge port ?

The low side port should have a blue cap covering the valve. Even if you tried to connect a low port hose to the high port, it will not fit because it is a different design. it should be located between the compressor and the evaporator.

Cant find Low pressure AC port

Did you check the acumulator? There is a port on it, that is the low side port. Keep in mind that if you have to recharge the system it is because other parts need service (leak in the syst) and whatever refrigerant you put in it will leak out again. The system may work temporarily or may work inefficiently. Also may sure that there is oil in syst.
