I have a 1995 jeep wrangler and cannot find the fuse location for the rear defrost window

It should be behind the glove box door.

the axle as 3 ends.

left , right , front center.(pinion)

Might be located where the cherokee fuse box is, on the side of the passenger side dashboard, where the door meets the dash, with the door open.

Check the blower motor fro good connection, power and ground. Hot wire it to the battery and see if it runs. Check the blower fuse, relay, switch and resistor pack.
blower and rear defrost circuits are totally unrelated.

There are 2 fuse locations on your jeep.

1. Fuse Block, located under the left side of the instrument panel
2. Power Distribution Center, located int the engine compartment at the right fender side shield.
