Its not seeing the resistor in the key. Easy fix is under the dash you have 2 white wires in a orange casing. Cut that wire and the end that goes toward the fire wall and not the steering wheel strip the wires a bit. Now with a ohm meter measure the resistance in the key with the two metal strips one the key. Then go to radio shack and tell them what rreading you got and they will give you a resistor for it. Put the resistor between the two white wires and start the car....

The pass key fault light blinking and my car won't started in my 95 chevy caprise does that mean its something wrong with the key?

did you get a new key made without the chip? The car will not run without the chip in the key. Could be a bad chip in the key itself. Get a replacement where they sell keys with a key chip identifier.

All three Ignition keys will not turn over engine. pass key fault light on. engine will start with key on and use of remote starter switch. starts then shuts off

you will need to replace the ignition switch. the wires running from switch have broken very small wires. common problem.so it is not seeing the key chip and causing security to go in theft mode

My 1998 Chev Cavalier Theft System light stays on

If the car starts and dies right away you may have a pass key sensor fault.
Try to start the car,if the car dies right away just leave the key on and watch the security light in the insturment panel,if it begins to blink leave the key on until it stops blinking (apx 10 mins.) this will reprogram the pass lock to the pcm and may solve all your problems.if the car continues to die after running a min or so then you may have other faults,or if the car dies right after start the pass lock sensor may need to be replaced.
