97 honda civic instrument panel lights do not work.
I checked the fuses and it was blown. It worked for a day or so after I changed it. Now the fuse is good but the dash lights still dont work. I would really appreciate some help on this thanks.
Re: 97 honda civic instrument panel lights do not work.
Your bulbs are burnt out in the dash. You will need to replace them. when your fuse went out it was either that or your bulbs and your fuse went out. Now that you have a new fuse your bulb was the weaker link so that went out. hope this helps

There could be a few potential causes for the dash gauges not working on your 2003 Honda Civic. Here are a few things to check:
1. Check the battery connections: Make sure the battery terminals are clean and tight. Loose or corroded connections can cause electrical issues. 2. Check the ground connections: Make sure the ground connections for the dash gauges are clean and tight. A bad ground connection can cause electrical issues. 3. Check the voltage regulator: The voltage regulator is responsible for regulating the voltage to the gauges. If it's faulty, it can cause the gauges to stop working. 4. Check the instrument cluster: It's possible that there's an issue with the instrument cluster itself. You may need to have it inspected by a mechanic. 5. Check for a blown fuse: Although you've checked the fuses already, it's possible that one of them has blown. Double-check the fuse for the instrument cluster to make sure it's not the issue.
If none of these solutions work, it's best to have a professional mechanic diagnose and repair the issue. They will be able to use specialized tools and equipment to identify the problem and find a solution.

hey ! guyz i dnt knw for sum reason my dash board lights are not working, i have checkd the fuse and the bulbs buh they are perfect can ny1 tell me whatz wrong wiv ma 1998 honda civic dashboard lights.
Use fuse size listed on fuse panel, panel should show diagram and fuse sizes. Putting a larger fuse where it does not belong could result in melted wires.
Was the fuse blown? Its unlikely that all the brake lights went out at the same tme ,but check them anyway. Does the shift lever come out of park? It may be the brake light switch. -hope this helps
hi, this got fixed . . . all my fuses i checked WERE good . . BUT, i had taken out my dome light fuse to replace another similar fuse that had blown . . . the mechanic at Honda let me know that the diagnostic system runs through the domelight fuse for some reason - once that fuse was replaced, it was good to go!
