Belts just dont fall off. you need to find out why. ck tensioner pulley, tensioner and water pump. there is unsually a diagram under the hood. I think if you find the DAYCO website they have belt routing diagrams.

I have a 1996 Buick Regal Custom with 3.8L engine. The serpentine belt keeps falling off and now the belt doesn't fit.
The tensioner should adjust and take the correct belt and tension it correctly. The reasons for belts coming off and worn / loose belt, wrong belt, tensioner not working, or incorrect belt alignment.
