Well, the mirrors would be on the circuit with the courtesy lights. The door locks and windows would be on different circuits. Why can't you unlock the driver's or passenger door with the key and open it with the door handle ?

you would need a new a/c pump, however you you didnt want to replace it and could live with out the a/c, a cheaper option is to replace the belt and bypass the a/c. Most auto parts store will sell you a belt of the correct dimensions if you tell them you wish to bypass the a/c. I've done this for many customers. It can be done on just about any motor.
Idle position switch or sensor. I had 93 that would stall when i came to a stop. Cost me $43 but it was worth it. I don't know if this will fix it, but it sounds like it would.
did you change the brake light switch?if so check too see if you have emr flashers,they run off the same circut if you dont then try changing the flasher for the emergancy flashers
