The fuse box diagram show a fuse for left and another fuse for right horn. It also 2 horn relays.
Go to ford owners.Com and download the latest version of the owners manual then go to roadside emergencies and your fuse box diagrams and fuse values are there and the relays location also you can keep this on your phone / computer and then you can print out stuff when you need it

did you cheak the fuse panel under the hood of truck and if not there check under the panel on the drivers side beside the steering colum or in the glove box sometimes

your horn has also has a fuse so just change that and you should be fine and that is located under thew stearing wheel and it is the 2nd one to the right and it is a 30A

with the horn you can run a wire from the battery to the horn to check it if that dosent work then it is probably the contact wire inside the steering column, I cant remember the name of the part but this should fix the horn and cruise problem.

The horn is usually between the radiator and grill Assembly. The fuse is in fuse panel under the dash on the drivers side. Look at the lid and it shows the fuse placement and there use.
Behind the fuse panel. You have to remove the fuse panel located in the drivers side kick panel and mounted on the back side of the fuse panel are a cluster of relays. One is for the Horn
