Should be on the passenger side kickplate below the glovebox and to the right. You may have to remove the plastic panel to access it or look for a small hole in it and feel around for the button

I recommend purchasing a repair / service manual from ebaymotors they are about 20 bucks and have electronic locator software on the cd that are very useful for finding all electrical components, not only that but the cd has step by step repair instructions that walk you through just about every conceivble repair you may be faced with, if you do not wish to wait for the cd to arrive in the mail call a local GM dealer and ask to speak to a service rep he should be able to give you that info.

I have a 1996 sonoma the fuel pump relay is in the dash take cover off .There is three relays the one to your left is the pump relay! They are all three the same so you can switch them .You can check the relay by switching it with one of the relay to your right.Just bought one $9.95 AUTO-ZONE
