Make sure you have fluid in clutch reservoir. The vehicles I have had use brake fluid. You may have a reservoir for clutch make sure it is full, the last car I had the brake reservoir had a rubber hose which fed the master clutch cylinder from the brake reservoir. If you look under dash the clutch peddle will have a rod attached. The rod is part of the master clutch cylinder. You look in engine compartment near master brake cylinder and you should see master clutch cylinder.
If you are out of fluid you probably have air in the clutch system. You will need to be bleed out the air, similar to bleeding out brakes. You will bleed out the air at slave cylinder by transmission, if slave cylinder is in the bell housing of transmission you should see the fitting(similar to on wheel brake to bleed out air) outside bell housing near where the clutch line goes in. You may have leaks in clutch master cylinder, lines or slave cylinder.
First try to bleed air out of system. If that does not help I would look at clutch master cylinder. You could have issues with the clutch parts in bell housing but I have had more trouble with air in system and master cylinder than clutch parts in bell housing.
If it's an hydraulic clutch you need to bleed it if it's a cable you're gonna have to adjust it,when bleeding it you will find a little cylinder on your gearbox on top of the cylinder you should see the the nipple that's where you bleed it however if its cable simply adjust it and you should be good to go,hope this helps goodluck
Is it hydraulic.Or cable operated

Hi mate.
Is the cable broken. If it is, it will need replacing.
Is the rachet at the top of the pedal worn or broken. If so It will need replacing.

You must have the fault code read that is recorded when the light flashes. Have the system canned by the dealer.

Sometimes when the batery of vehicle goes flat or when u fit a new car batery to the bantams they love to give that problems like gauges not working rpm not working speedo not working and cluster display is dead, u disconect the batery termanils and for example fit positive termanil and arc. Or short til that blue spark occur then u swop around negative on and arc positive, leave the ignition switched on arc til gauges move!! Don't ask me why but that happend to me! A autoelek friend of mine showed me this! NB don't tri this with vehicles with a lot of elektric featers it can cause demage to ecu (engine control unit)

Change the temperature gauge sending unit on the engine. It's probably causing the fan to be on.
