It doesn't have a ignition control module , has coil on plug ignition system . controlled by the engine computer . The coils have battery voltage on one wire an the other wire is given a ground by the PCM / ECM /ECU - engine computer . Videos on youtube on test C.O.P ignition systems . a driver (transistor ) inside the engine computer is what controls the firing of the coils .

It does not have an ignition control module. The PCM (powertrain control module) fires the coil pack based on signal it recieves from the crankshaft position sensor and the camshaft position sensor.

Location of ignition control module on 2003 Nissan Altima 2.5

Your vehicle doesn't have a ignition control module , your vehicle should have COP - coil on plug ignition system . A coil for each cylinder , the ECM - engine computer controls the coils by the use of drivers (transistors ) . None of cylinders have spark ? Could be the crankshaft position sensor .

Transmission vacuum modulator valve 03 nissan altima where is it located

As far as I know, they stopped using vacuum modulators when they started using electronically controlled shift points. Transmissions with electronic controls don't need the modulators.

Nelson, not positive but on a bit older models it was above drivers right knee under dash. You could call the Nissan service dept. which can verify.

Could be the power control module. When the control module only sends a spark to one side, that would account for your exhaust on one side. However, the distributor shaft could also be worn on one side.

My altima can not start

You may have a bad crank sensor, that will prevent spark if bad, or possibly a bad key security system will shut down ignition system.
