Yes this is completely normal. What it is doing is condensing the moisture in the air. When this happens you have mositure build up in the cars ac system. This is needed to be drained off and is done so bay a drainage line that comes out of the fire wall of the car and allows it to drain underneath. The more the ac is used the more moisture you get.

Locate the open end of this hose. Push and twist a piece of stiff rope (like sisal) into the hose. That should dislodge any mold or other debris--watch out for a small rush of water if you are successful. It is never correct for water to be running out on the floor inside the car.
No...the a/c drain must be blocked, thats usually the cause of the water not being able to drain away and running back into the car.....
