To replace fuse box you will need to remove the bottom dash panel to get access, then remove all wire connectors you can access at this time. then loosen the screws or bolts that secure the box at this point use a little patients in getting it if there are wires connectors on the back side of the box, the clips to remove these connectors face the top of box, use a small flat screwdriver to depress clips as you tilt the box forward, once you remove all connectors the box should come out

FIRST REMEMBER THERE ARE SEVERAL FUSE BOXES.. NORMALLY THE CIG FUSE IS IN THE UNDER HOOD POWER DISTRIBUTION CENTER OR FUSE BOX.... A VERY GOOD RULE OF THUMB I HAVE FOUND IS TO CHECK ALL THE FUSES IN THE FUSE BOX....THIS USUALLY PREVENTS CHECKING THE WRONG FUSE AND IT ONLY TAKES A SECOND TO DO IT

you can buy a code reader from an auto parts store that will give you the ability to reset the check engine light, or most parts stores have one that they use on customers cars at no charge. if you ask them to read which code your car is throwing, most of them will let you hit the button to clear the code. they aren't supposed to do it themselves for some reason, but from my experience they will let you.
