go to locksmith and say those words
ignition lock key fob programming
or the toy dealer.
pick one.

You have to take it and get it reprogram. The pcm is not able to remember it.

if they say they do,then okay,buy aftermarket remotes, you will need them to reset the alarm if it goes down when you disconnect the battery for any reason.....

replace it with an aftermarket tinted panel visor.the originals fall down for a pastime....

you will need to take car and all keys for a dealer to recode all keys at the same time using multi diagnostic machine....any other solution just b.....t
if the dealer cannot code aftermarket key to the car buy oe key from dealer.takes 20/30 mins tops.....

My ex girlfriend had a factory installed honda remote strt on her vehicle. It was activated by hitting the lock button two times in succession. Some vehicles use a combination of the lock-unlock buttons. try using some combinations on the remote, many "oem" remote starts are installed by aftermarket installers so who knows what they did as a start function, it could also have been changed by the previous owner.

leave the ignition on for upto 30 minutes this will then over ride the immpb but change battery in remote much easier check with your local toyota dealer they will tell you the sequence

Sounds like the power door lock actuator is bad in the drivers door. Its basically a solenoid. Its Toyota specific and probably not made aftermarket. It comes as an assembly with the latch mechanism. Its not a simple install for a novice but $350 sounds a bit steep. Call around and if you can find a better price.

That is a "Factory" remote.
That means, you can only get it at a Toyota dealer parts dept.
About 80 dollars. When you get one, get back to me, and I will provide you with instruction on how to program it.
