Check fuel system. Bad fuel filter, fuel pump, Oxygen sensor or plugged Catalytic converter. Especially if there are multiple misfires. If it is only on one cylinder then check wires and related firing components.
Put back to stock condition, all original wires must be hooked up for proper emissions, and for computer to function properly, there is probably an item you can buy, check with manufacturer of cold air intake

Intake or vacum leak will be the first codes 174,171, try idle and spray propane around intake if car idles up, then intake is leaking, otherwise could be a broken vacum line, check with a gauge
The P0102 means Mass or Volume Air Flow Circuit Low Input The P0101 means Mass or Volume Air Flow Circuit Range/Performance Problem The P0300 means Random/Multiple Cylinder Misfire Detected The P0171 means System too Lean (Bank 1) _________________ Ktag ecu programmer
First the po 171 is that bank 1 is running lean, as far as the codes po104-106, i think you made a mistake, the mifire codes for cylinders 4-6 would be po304, po305 and po306. the fiurst thing to check would the fuel preasure.
The reason i say fuel pressure is due to the misfiring and lean codes.
If the fuel pressure tests okay then check for intake manifold gasket leak, this is done with a smoke machine or with some throtle body cleaner spray. you will neeed to start the engine and spary around the intake gasket area as you watch for engine speed change.
A scan tool may be needed to watch fuel trim and o2 readings if the intake leak is small.
The other problem could be sparkplug failure or bad coil and last sparkplug wires if this is not a coil on plug system.
Acoil on plug system would be a system with out sparkplug wires going to each sparkplug, instead there is a separte coil on each sparkplug.
If this is a coil on plug ignition system i would start there and swap coils with the other cylinders and see if the misfire moves to those cylinder if it does then bad coils. hope this is helpful , good day
check for an intake manifold vacuum leak on the number six intake runner. It may be getting fuel, but the mixture is too lean to fire with the air leak.
Are you sure the cylinder is getting fuel? The injector may be firing but could be plugged up. The injector could also be leaking---dripping fuel when it should be off. This will cause a rich misfire.
YEP BAD COIL CLOGGED FUEL INJECTOR AND INTAKE LEAK TO CYLINDER 1.TRY CLEANING FUEL INJECTORS.IF STILL MISFIRE DO A COMPRESSION TEST TO THAT CYLINDER YOU COULD HAVE A MECHANICAL ISSUE.
Cylinder misfiring hapens when ignition coil is bad and bad spark plugs.
System to lean is usualy when fuel pump lose pressure or you have blown gasket on intake manifold. Check fuel pressure first.
When EGR flow is insufficient there is EGR valve, sensor and solenoid, could go bad., so you have multiple codes P0171, P0304,P0306, P0401
