Air sensor in Camry 2001 location? - Camry Toyota Cars & Trucks

They all do, they are bathed with flames from engine combustion many times a second. They often glow a nice cherry red. The heat keeps the o2 sensors and catalytic converter clean.

In the exhaust stream. Usually it is the one closest to the engine. Looks just like an O2 sensor.

Hello. You can do this yourself.

You need to replace the Air-fuel sensor. I would strongly suggest that you purchase and install a Toyota sensor, however. The "aftermarket" sensors do not have the exact same voltage signals, and will not rectify the condition; the light will remain on. We see this quite a bit in our service dept.

the sensor is located in front of radiator if you open hood and look down behind front bumper you should see it, or look from under the frt bumper, it easy to change, also get part from dealer it not $$,hope this helps.

egr position sensor. check items before you replace them, it gets expensive just guessing.

You might try plugs, wires, fuel filter, air filter & PVC valve..

Your filter is visable by looking under the car. its near the exhaust pipe again, but toward the front of the car. tucked near the plastic air shield.

The inlet air temp sensor is part of the Mass Airflow Sensor, it is located between the engine intake manifold and the air filter box, on the air tube. Easy to get to, unplug it and remove 2 screws.
