Did you see the Small Black Squares inside the Fuse Relay Box under the Hood? These are Relays. There should be a Relay that says "Illumination" OR "Lights" around this area. Change this Relay and it should be ok. They just Cost a Couple of Bucks. Please Rate my Response, I need all the Help that I can get ! Thanks!

It's not the fuse. You need to jump start the diagnostic cable. First you need a battery of 9v and short the + and - terminal to the diagnostic cable. Then you will see smoke. After that it should work fine.

the "clear" plastic inserts pop out... If you look closely youl see small slits around the border... just pop a flat head in there and GENTLY ease it out. The bulbs are cheap, though if you want colored you have to stay away from the cheap ones, being in that all they do on the cheap ones is paint the bulb in something that soon burns off.

have you checked for voltage at the headlight plug and ground there as well if you don`t have power then it sounds like it is the headlight switch itself, usually if it is a relay one or the other will work but the relay can stop working all together,so keep this in mind,
