the 2WD Caravan has a filter located along the frame rail in-line, under the passenger side seating area in front of the fuel tank.

Remeber to release the pressure, and I've found it helps to wrap the lines with a shop towel as you remove the filter to catch the fuel.

Your fuel filter is located along the frame in between the fuel lines leading from the actual tank. its external and is in line with the frame close to the fuel tank.

Look on passenger side under vehicle , follow lines from tank, If I remember correctly, usually just ahead of rear wheel , on frame rail.

Pump is in the tank & filter should be underneath, ahead or near rear passenger side wheel, attached to frame.
