Most likely you have a blown head gasket. Most likely the gasket you changed is the valve cover, not the head.
Testimonial: "NO--I changed head gasket that i bought it from korean auto spare, not valve cover gasket but i took the head cylinder to engineering for checking and only found that valve shims are mixed and needs to be re-setting----can be the cause Sir?"

It is probably the problem. To make shure that need to change the gaskets, one of the symptoms use to be thet the temp rises when you are running at speed 50+ average, where is supposed that the car gets a lot of air due by the speed and nobody thinks that will be overheated.

ok, its time for a radiator flush. there is major sludge in the internals of this radiator. Make sure the thermostat is in the correct position as well. I've seen many cars come into my shop with the thermostat inserted backwards.
SOURCE: Coolant overheating
I'm not a peugeot guy butr the only item in the cooling system that would require a bearing or bushing is the pump...check shaft for side and end play. Only other possibility is that someone recently worked on it and accidentally caused a leak, or found one and used so much sealer that it plugged the radiator (some sealers have a fine powder that resembles what you described)
SOURCE: overheating
You could have several issues here. A blockage in the radiator, bad coolant temp sensor, (not turning the cooling fan on) a bad cooling fan motor. sounds as if maybe one of these may be your primary issue, and the cause of the overheating that originally caused your head gasket problem. Hope this helps
