Hey i have a 2007 Dodge Caliber and my problem is my car will not go over 25mph the RPM will rev all the way up but the gears will not roll over what do you guys think I should do I’ve already flushed my transmission changed the transmission sensor and my spark plugs.

Sounds like your oil pump is failing and there is not enough pressure at low revs. When was the last time you changed the oil and oil filter? It is the right weight oil?

There is no fuse, so they are a function of the integrated power module. You can check the switch, but you probably need an auto electrician.

first do a tune up and make sure all cylinders are firing,check codes and even do a fuel pressure check

You are going to cost yourself more money by trying to drive it like this.
Go to an Autozone, Advance, or Oreilys autoparts and get a free scan. Ask for the Code numbers. Most lkely they will tell you what you need to fix it.

You are not only not in overdrive, but probably in 3rd gear. You need to be in 4th or 5th before the Overdrive is suppose to work. Overdrive will not work in the lower gears. AT 60mph you should be at half the RPM that you are trying to run at.

Do not exceed 2200 RPM. Have the Brakes checked if the autoparts store can not scan the brake system. The cheaper scanners do not have that function.

If you can not repair it from what the parts store tells you, contact us again with the Code numbers. Some Codes are for professionals, they help with pricing a repair by you so you can ask for a price to install this or that.

Some repairs are owner friendly, bolt-on and finished. Have store wipe memory after all repairs are done.

There is a vent on the roof of the chill zone that allows a portion of the a/c to circulate in that compartment, keeping it cool....as long as the a/c is on...and the vent is open :-)

according to the service manual there are two bolts hold the caliber to tthe adapter plate and the caliper should roll up and out. the only problem i could imagine is if the pads are hanging in the adapter
