Driving down the road and all of a sudden the van starts jerking like its having trouble getting gas and then when i turn into a parking spot or onto another road the cars dies and i have no power steering

It could be either a bad fuel system or a bad spark system.... Fuel pump, fuel filter, fuel injectors, fuel regulator, spark plugs, ignition coil, distributor cap, etc....

The PO 300 is random cylinder misfires & I fail to see why you would not have checked for codes & found that issue and corrected it within days of getting any codes
It also sounds like you have a transmission oil leak & are low on fluid
I had a Ford Winstar van that had this problem. There is an acceleration switch near the firewall on the passenger side that needs replacing. Unless you're very good under the hood, see a mechanic as it's a totall B**ch to get to the darn thing!
I don't know what ICM stands for but I was having exactly the same problem with my '95 Park Avenue and it turned out to be the main computer brain (the plain metal box tucked up under the dash on the passenger side). Sounds like you might very well be having the same issue.
