How do turn on the light inside the sunfire aside from those reading lights on the rear view mirror?

  • There is a dome light switch on the dash. Turn it all the way to the right and it will click. Torn it to the left to turn the dome light off.

Taillights and Dashboard lights dont work anymore

the simpliest answer would be to check the fuses, they are located under your dashboard. View owner's manual to find out which fuse run which circuit. If that isn't the problem its more likely an electrical short or the bulbs need changing.Hope this helps.

Good Luck =)

OC code in rear view mirror temp field

you could always try unplugging the battery for about ten minutes to see if that resets it. make sure you have the code for the stereo first if it requires one.

The rearview mirror on a 2001 Nissan Xterra.

It may be a fuse, but I think that all the dash lights are on the same fuse and if they work, then there is a bulb located inside the rear view that needs to be accessed to be replaced. I would check all fuses with key on and lights on, both sides with a test light, and if all read good then it'll be the bulb.

Sideview mirrors dont move certain ways.

I researched the maintenance manual. The fuse you need to replace is fuse 20 in the under dash fuse box. It controls side windows, washer motor, rear view dim function, and possible seat memory. There are a couple that link to the mirrors, but this is the one for this problem.
