Car: Toyota Corolla 2007 Problem: Car was working fine I stopped in the car park for 10 minutes. I then turned the car on it was shaking 2 minutes later the Check Engine light turned on. fix attempt(failed): - I have replaced the spark plug in the 3rd cylinder and the coil but the problem still ongoing. - There is no sign of cable damage There is a clicking noise every 3-5 seconds when the engine is running
P0152 is the first oxygen sensor on bank 2 high voltage/////P0194 is your fuel rail sensor circuit is intermittent meaning it is and isn't working check the wiring harness going to it or the plug that goes into it for shorting out burnt looking and also the fuse for it////P0303 is your #3 cylinder misfire detected which you know already changing the plug was good but did you find moisture in the plug chamber?or did you roll the plug boot in your fingers to check for cracks in it or if it was very soft?any of these things will cause that code to set because the +voltage is leaking to -ground but that fuel rail sensor could also be causing that it works then it don't? Also the 02 sensor is a problem here because your computer is trying to adjust for the conditions so you know this bank 2 is at the front your engine is sideways front wheel drive bank 1 is at the firewall windshield side fix the 152 and 194 then see if the 303 clears itself otherwise there's a problem maybe your injector for #3 is clogged did you get gas from somewhere different then usual my be a dirty fill up or water in the gas put 2 cans of fuel injection cleaner in and also clean out your throttle body dirty injectors will cause a misfire but not show a code for that injector because it's still working it's just not letting the right amount of fuel through so the air fuel mixture is not correct I would start here first then do the rest listed above good luck stephen
Testimonial: "Thanks Stephen for the great advice, I didn't check inside the plug chamber, the plug was a bit greasy. I will try what you have recommended I will post here if anything changes. Thanks"

Not sure what is causing it, but it sounds like you're running on 3 cyllinders. Check plugs, wires, timing . timing belt may have jumped, bad injector, low fuel pressure.
SOURCE: Check engine light came on and then went out.
if the light went off on its own. then the necessary criteria for the light being on has come back in to the allowable tolerances. if you can pull the history code, i can help you out. possible you got gas recently? check engine light will illuminate for a loose gas cap causing evap system malfunctions
SOURCE: Car coded yesterday p0303 noe check engine light flashing
The only thing left is the injector or a vacuum leak on the manifold gasket sucking air in and causing a lean condition. Thats is its the only common issue providing you dont have a head gasket issue leaking coolant on that cylinder and the compression and valves are not leaking. The old spark plug should show a coolant issue if present. The white part will be shiney if you have a coolant loss. If the coolant is looking real dark you should have the cooling system checked for gas being pushed into the cooling system on compression stroke thru the head gasket.
