Chances are the carb float is sticking. Remove float bowl and needle and degum it. OTOH it could be a blown head gasket and coolant is leaking into oil pan. Fuel dilution doesn’t as a general rule change oil color....
if it has fault codes then read them
I suspect that it is a EVAP venting problem creating a vacuum in the tank and preventing fuel flow to the pump and injectors
