The code is on a paper label attached to a large plastic box containing several wiring harnesses behind the driver side door panel. Posts about it being on the trunk hinge arms, behind trunk panels, on computer module, behind the fuse box, and 'you have to go to the dealer' are incorrect for this series of Town Cars. After you remove the panel (you do not need to disconnect any wires), you will see the box up near the rear view mirror. An example code (3/4) (1/2) (5/6) (9/0) (1/2). If you press the keypad buttons in this order, left to right, the door locks will operate in the manner described in your opwner's manual.
Do a search on door panel removal to learn how to remove the panel. There are some good posts on this topic - some even have pictures.

Look inside the trunk lid for a sticker. It may be on the trunk or inside the trunk well. You likely have the code on a plate that Lincoln includes with it's owner's manual. It resembles a small credit card and will have a sticker with the code on it attached.
