Are the heater hose's going into the fire wall hot ?
Heat isn't blowing out ???? No air blowing out of vent's , blower motor ! Or there is air blowing out of vents but just not hot.
well the ac compressor will come on if you have it in defrost mode,if heater is blowing cold ,after you just had thermostat replace ,you could possibly have air in system.now if your heater motor is not working which is called the blower motor under dash it could be the resistor that controls it also these rigs have been known for wire harness problems at heater control unit and the blower motor connector.good luck, mike
No, the compressor will NOT cause these fuses to blow. You have a SHORT in your electrical system. you have a HOT wire getting into the Ground for that system
check blower at blower motor under hood on passenger side at the back of the fender near fire wall heat cycles threw a/c compressor for forced air when a/c on or defrost cycle hot wire the blower motor from battery and see if operating OK if OK then speed resistor or speed switch is bad.good luck
Look for the lower relay, along the fire wall under the hood.It is under the long plastic cover.Unplug the relays one at a time untill the blower cuts off.The one that turns the blower motor off,is the one to replace with a new one.
check to see if you have power at the AC AND HEAT blower motor.if yes your blower motor is defective.if you have no power to blower motor look at fuse- blower relay-resistor or bad control switch.
it's either a fuse or it's a bad blower motor, it could be a bad blower
motor resistor but usually you'll get either high or low only, so if
you have nothing on any speed, high low etc, and all the fuses are ok
chances are it's your blower motor.

Yes, that could possibly be your main problem when dealing with the blower motor and compressor, check the relay box and the fuse box inside the car itself
