What you are saying is the parking light on the left side does not work.
The parking and stop lights are on different circuits.
If you have replaced the bulbs the next step would be to check for voltage and ground in the socket.

have u ck out the brake switch on the brake peddle arm to see if the plungers is working that activates the switch,, hoped it helped

check all fuses,if okay check to see if brake lights work, if they work then you may have a bad shift release soleniod or maybe its just dirty and sticking.

have you checked the earthing continuity-if it's this other bulbs may also partly light when brakes used

Check continuity of live from center to lh & rh lights and/or is there a live at those lights

Believe it or not, an arc like that could simultaneously burn out all of the bulbs. Start by checking those.

your owner manual sould have fuse chart. Some fuses/ekays in enine compartment. Some in car on left side of instrument panel

sounds like the wiring was repaired and someone tapped into the headlight circuit instead of the parking light circuit
