Could be the plug on the back of the cluster make sure you have enough pin drag at the cluster, it could be sloppy due to vibrations

I had batteries and fuel pump replaced not my gauges arent working. Fuses ok (both)

What is year--make--model?
Your saying none of your instrument cluster gages are working?
On newer vehicles, the instrument cluster could be considered a computer. If batteries is disconnected. You may need to program instrument cluster. I don't know how many batteries you have? Gasoline usually one, diesel usually two.

Not only check applicable fuses, check voltage at fuse circuit. Even if the fuse is good, if no voltage at fuse circuit, circuit is still dead. Use a test lite to check voltage at fuse circuit.

Are there any applicable trouble codes?
On newer vehicles, they are making it harder and harder to work on them, unless you have a scanner that can communicate with whatever module your having a problem with? Those type scanners can be expensive, I don't have one of those.

My Buick rendezvous 2003 service engine soon light will not work, yes i have checked fuse what is next please

If the rest of instrument cluster works ok, sounds like voltage and ground are ok. My thought, replace instrument cluster to get ses lamp to work. Just my opinion.

91 olds instrument cluster is dead

Check fuse panel blown cluster panel fuse, other than that make shure cluster is getting good ground. Replacement cluster would not be expensive from auto wreckers.

Instrument cluster stopped working

Check the fuse panel to see if you have a fuse labeled instrument cluster or gauges, if not on the side of the dashboard (or underneath) check under the hood the relay box and look for your problem there. If none of these, then take it to an electrician to have them check it out.

Instrument cluster lights don't work. Fuses and bulbs are good.

feed wire for the lights may have failed or the circuit on the board may have gone. if you remove the cluster you can put a supply to the bulb circuit (carefully) and check if it is the circuit. If it's ok you can run a new feed to the cluster from your lights. Job done.

Instrument panel went dead

Checked Every fuse in the fuse box (no small task). This includes #4 - Power point Instrument Panel, #14 - Day time running lamps (auto lamps doesn't work nor does auto lock), #27 - ignition switch run feed, #35 - Instrument Cluster, #41 - Instrument Cluster, #42 - Delayed Accessory, #45 - Ignition switch run/start feed, #102 - Door locks body security module, #103 - Ignition switch, #110 - Ignition switch, & #116 - Ignition switch. But I also check all other ones as well, they all register OK. AC panel & radio work. Turn signals work. Mileage does not work, trip computer does. So, basically, everything works except auto head-lights, auto locks, and the dash cluster (no MPH, RPM, mileage display, Fuel, Temp, Tran Temp, and Oil Pressure).
