HEATER NOT WORKING IN 2001 LEXUS RX 300
You most likely have a bad airmix servo. this happens alot on these. they are expensive to replace too.
Heater function is comprised of several things, the selector switch, the fan and the heater core where rad fluid circulates. If you have air blowing, but no heat, you could have an issue with the temp switch, or the antifreeze not circulating through the heater core.
If you have a blower issue this would be indicated by no air blowing, or air blowing only on certain speeds on the fan setting.
If you have fan speed switch or mode selector switch issue, you will have full fan speed blowing in most but not all positions. Ie fan blows , but not in defrost mode.
Try to isolate and post more info. I have the same vehicle

If the fan isn't blowing, or just on one speed, It's your blower motor resistor.
If your fan is fine but there's no heat, it's your thermostat or your radiator is low on coolant.
