sounds like your window motors are stuck in a dead spot. Much like a starter motor. If you pull the door panel off and tap on it a few times it should loosen things up and work again for ya. If not, you should replace it

you need to check fuses for parking lights, brake lights, and the other fuse could have been an add on for sound system or a towing package for alternative lights for a trailer or camper. you should have 2 flashers one is for 4 way emegency flashers and the other is for turn signals if all this is good, check for bad turn signal switch itself.when you turn the turn signal switch on does it click? see any smoke coming from steering column? if you ever see smoke at anytime coming from that turn signal switch,disconnect the battery immediatly! hope this helps and thank you for choosing fixya.com
