Windshield wipers not working, F350 diesel 2000 is there a fuse? if so what number? dont have manual

Check your manual for wiper fuse & relays location.You can inspect fuses visually...hope this helps

Do you hear any kind of noise when you starter the wiper function. If yes then fuse is ok, but issue is wiper motor.

i dont think the ion was made in 2000, they started making them in 2003, heres a diagram of a 2003 ion fuse box and the wiper fuse location.hope this helps,
