Depending on the vehicle, cabin filters may be under the passenger side dashboard or under the cowl area engine compartment. Hope this link helps

hi the cabin/pollen filter is usually accessed behind the passenger drop down glove compartment adjacent to the heater assy best to remove the drop glove compartment to ease access

i think you need to drop down the fuse box. if its a uk vehicle then its the passenger side. footwell. then you will see the filter housing with three screws holding it in place. you have to disconnect all the multiplugs from the fuse box. so remember the radiocode
