Renault scenic 2, 2005 model, 1600 petrol. Car started normally, then all of a sudden, motor swings, will not start as if there is no petrol, then nothing, press the starter button i can hear a click, motor will not turn, Car has a new battery, even jump started the car, no joy. What can i look for to resolve the problem.

You can try another battery if you have one, or take the battery to be tested somewhere to see if its at fault

most common cause is your key fob is broken.
check this by 1st gettin a camra phone goin onto the camra point key at camra and press button if you see a red light flash it is workin if not it is faulty which means a replacment key hope this helps
