I have a 2002 Chev Cavalier that had the same exact problem. I replaced the bulb harness (purchased from a chevy dealership for around $5) which was fairly easy to do. I have had zero problems with it since.

SOURCE: 99 Chevy Tahoe... Rear turn signals, brake lights, and hazards

I had this problem, and to be honest, it happened to the left side about a week later...it's the board that the bulbs plug into...it's a very common problem with this model. So popular that you can normally get the socket board off the shelf at a parts store! it's extremely simple to replace, and I replaced all the bulbs at the same time!

Where is the blinker relay at on a 03 cadillac seville sts

Turn Signal Lamps
The TSIG/HAZ fuse in the rear fuse block supplies battery positive voltage to the flasher module. The module is part of the hazard switch assembly. The flasher module has ground at G201. The turn signal lamps may only be activated with the ignition switch in the ON or START position. The IGN-1 fuse in the rear fuse block supplies battery positive voltage to the turn signal switch. When the turn signal switch is placed in either the left or right position, current flows from the turn signal switch assembly to the flasher module. The flasher module then sends an on-off voltage signal to either the left or right turn signals and their instrument cluster (IPC) indicator. When the hazard switch is pressed, the switch contacts are close and the turn signal/hazard flasher module hazard input is grounded. In response to this input, the turn signal/hazard flasher module supplies battery positive voltage in an on and off flashing pattern to all the turn signal lamps. This also activates both turn signal indicators. When a THEFT is occurring, the DIM grounds the turn signal/hazard flasher module hazard input. The left turn signals have ground at G401 and at G402. The right turn signals have ground at G401.

Turn signals not working for my 1995 Cadillac Seville STS

First check your fuses. Then check your flasher relay. Do they light up and not blink? Or do nothing at all? Did all this happen after using the 4 way flashers? Turn your 4 way-hazard lights on and off several times.

Check all fuses on my 92 Cadillac seville they look good. But still the brake lights don't work only right side of third light.... Check all bulbs there good..Hazard switch is stuck...need help

Well the brake light power goes from the pedal switch thru the turn signal switch. So the turn signal or hazard switch could cause the problem.

1995Sev Rear Tail & Brake Light "Possessed" & Mostly not working

if the hi mount brake lamp lights up then it is not the brake lamp switch, the other brake lamp wiring runs from the brake lamp switch through the turn signal switch. i would check all the light bulbs and sockets first because these cars like to burn out the grounds in the socket. i was a tech at a cadillac dealership for ten years, also had a 95 sts myself with the same problem. if that doesnt work then look toward the turnsignal switch and the wiring.
