When jump starting any vehicle always hook up the positive to the battery first and then hook the ground(black) lead to some metal surface on the engine. This way you do not throw sparks near the battery.

all you need is the radio keys to remove the radio. If the radio has two little slots in the bottom corners is the way to tell if thats all you need. Any good Mercedes repair shop should have the radio keys and should be able to pull it out for you at no charge. It only takes seconds to do.

My seat belt as well as the latch is stuck on my mercedes 320 clk. Any suggestions on how to fix?

The wait time for these is usually about 24 hrs. Have you tried calling the dealer to see if there is an over-ride code and do you have the proper code to enter? If you call the dealer, you will need the vin and registration.

You could do either, if you will be driving it again now you may opt for a new battery. Take it out and have the battery tested at your auto parts store if it checks out OK charge it up

if it was a soda with sugar it has probably coated the electrical connections so it will either need to be removed and cleaned or replaced
