Scion xb 2004. Reg headlights wont come on. Brighs, blinkers ok. All fuses good. Dealership wants $776 to fix. They say its "Door lock control relay". Please help.

Go to wrecking yard and get used one. I would ask the dealership if they were going to use a lubricant when they bend you over like that!!

Why won't my headlights work on my 1990 buick lesabre?

On a 1990 Buick you have a fuseable link between the headlight switch and the battery.
Do you have power in and out of the headlight switch and the dimmer switch ?

Headlight won't work all the time

http://www.napaonline.com/Catalog/CatalogItemDetail.aspx?A=ECHDL6601_0306389883&An=599001+102003+50001+2001012+25015&Ar=AND%28P_RecType%3aA%29

Shows the headlight switch that you need, you have a weak thermal breaker which is part of the headlight switch.

My headlights won't turn on, the yellow driving lights turn on but the headlamps won't. Also the lever that controls bright lights doesn't work but the turn signal and cruise control does.

First check the headlight relay by changing it with one of the same number in the fuse panel. If it checks out ok then you have a faulty headlight switch.

Dim dash lights

Check your owners manual. There must be a way to dim the dash lights. Should be a dial or a knob somewhere.

Plenty of power in cab wont turn starter

even though there are accessories on, there may not be enough to turn starter over. Or the connection is bad or not metal to metal contact. Last possible cause would be faulty solenoid.
