I have a 2000 dodge neon and my air bag light comes on sometimes while im driving sometimes when i put my brake on what is going on. It comes on and then turns off a couple of minutews later

check battery volts should be 12.6 volts. alternator faulty.check under hood see if alternator drive belt tight not too loose.with engine running alternator out put at battery should be 13.5 - 14 .5 volts.
the Relay Horn may be bad. the horn is located behind the drivers side headlight underneath the windsheild washer resevoir. You get to it by removing the plasic shield inside the fender around the tire. for 96 dodge neon.
Air bag light on ? Have the vehicle checked for DTC'S - diagnostic trouble code's in the air bag control module . That's the way to find out what the problem is . Suggest you take it to a qualified repair shop.
this is a cruise control servo maybe it burned put or the cable broke the switch not working the connection came loose at the servo
