1999 Lincoln Town Car. Where is the LCM located please?

Video and location images. It is under the dash. Have you checked the bulbs and grounds?

https://www.justanswer.com/ford/1l0w8-procedure-replacing-lighting-control-module-2001.html

The lighting control module is a programmable module on this vehicle. It will take a scanner capable of programming modules. The lighting control module is located under the dash on the drivers side. It is not too hard to replace, except for the programming. You can not program the module without it being in the car either.
1. depress retainer
2. remove screws
3. Lighting control module

Program new keyless entry remote for 1994 lincoln town car

Great news, you can program a 1994 Lincoln Town Car keyless entry remote yourself! Here are the steps:

NOTICE: You must have all remotes on hand when performing this procedure. Any remotes not used during this procedure will become inactive.
1. Turn ignition to RUN or ACC.
(Run is forward, just shy of starting car.)
2. Momentarily jump pins in programming connector located behind the glove box.
(The connector will have two pins inside of it, and it will not be plugged into anything. Jumping the pins means to make a connection between the metal inside the plug. You can do this by using any metal, a metal paperclip bent in the shape of a "U" usually works perfect.)
All doors will lock then unlock to confirm programming mode.
3. Press any button on first keyless remote. Door locks will cycle to confirm programming.
4. If programming a second keyless remote, press any button on second keyless remote. Door locks will cycle to confirm programming.
5. Turn ignition to OFF. Locks will again cycle to indicate end of programming mode.

2001 lincoln town car turn flasher location

There is no external turn signal flasher on a 2001 Town Car. The flasher unit is an internal part of the Lighting Control Module (LCM) and can not be serviced seperately. The LCM is located under the dash to the right of the steering column. It may also be referred to as the MECM (Mutli-Function Electroninc Control Module).

How can i reprogram my 1995 lincoln town car keyless entry without the remote?

are you talking about door pad keys? If yes, the permanent code is on a plastic card in your owner manual folder and on the module. Your dealer also can retrieve with his scanner for about 1/2 hour labor.

You first need to enter in the code you have. Then, within five seconds press the 1/2 button. Then, within five seconds of each other, press five buttons in any sequence you desire and this will be your new code. Hope this helps.
