On 2003 accent high beams don't work, low beams do. Have replaced and checked dimmer switch, relay under dash, and checked for power coming to light connecter, (only power on low). Is there another relay I haven't found?

YOUR DIMMER SWITCH HAS SHORTED OUT CAUSING IT TO STAY IN THE CLOSED POSITION THE DIMMER SWITCH OR ACTUTATOR IS LOCATED UNDER THE STEERING WHEEL PANEL JUST ABOVE THE BRAKE PEDAL ON THE COLUME CALL OR GET ON LINE TO AUTO ZONE AND LOG ON AND YOU CAN GET A PRICE CHECK FOR A DIMMER SWITCH ACTUATOR LISTED UNDER PARTS REPLACEMENT IN THE ELECTRICAL SECTION

Are you getting power in and out of the dimmer switch for both high and low circuits ?

There is a headlight relay in the engine compartment fuse box, but its after the headlight switch and before the dimmer switch, so it powers both high and low beam circuits.
I would check the dimmer switch.

The dimmer switch relay for a 2000 Buick Century is Located under dash right side of the fuse box.

The high and low beam lights use the same power source, so if the low beams work the high beams have power.
There is a low and high beam relay controlled by the dimmer switch.
If the low beams work and the high beams don't, and the bulbs are good, check the dimmer switch and the high beam relay.

do you hear the click of the dimmer switch when you move the lever if you do then the steel rod that goes from the lever to the switch itself is working and the switch is moving from the low beam to high beam circuit.if the blue dash indicator is on them power is coming out of the switch to the dash to operate the light.its possible that the dimmer switch may need to be adjusted a little if you don`t hear the click but moves enough to put the dash light on but not enough to turn the high beams on,that is possibly why the low lights stay on.or you have a bad dimmer switch itself

There maybe a headlight relay under the hood, most are in a protective box. There may be a fuse also under the hood. Ck the fuse if there is one and tap the relays with you low beams set to be on. Good Luck, Ned

There are fuses for left and right low beams. Headlights on low beam, use a test light, see if voltage on fuse circuit? If no voltage that will lead us back to dimmer switch or problem with wiring circuit from dimmer switch.

It may not be the switch; most hi-lo changes are via relay to prevent the higher currents from flowing through light-duty switches.

Locate the relay cluster (it might be near or with the fuses) and if they aren't marked, pull wach one of them and plug back in several times to wipe possible corrosion from the blade contacts.

If they are marked, look to see if the same relay is used elsewhere (part number should be visible) and swap them temporarily to see if the relay is at fault.

Some vehicles will use separate relays for hi-lo beams and another for flashing since that often turns on both beams momentarily.
