Question about 2000 Pontiac Grand Am GT
There is a way to bypass the system we do it often but you will need to buy a data bypass unit to install in order to bypass the passlock sensor in the dash. Once the unit is installed, it is turned on by inserting the key into ignition, then the unit will send the proper code to the BCM allowing it to unlock the ECM and then car will start.
