Not only did my 4 power window switched on the driver door stop working, but so did the master door lock on the driver door. I see no fuse in either fuse block marked marked windows or door lock. HELP!

Look for broken wires in the driver's door opening. If you don't find any, you will need a test light or voltmeter to check for power at the driver's door master switch. For any electrical testing problem, you really need a voltmeter. You can check for power to the master switch on one single wire, with key ON. You can also use the multi-meter to check the ground for the power windows right at the master switch.
You obviously have a bad switch - perhaps the whole pod - in the driver door. The fact that the windows all work with their respective switches pretty well eliminates any other explanation. You can order the module and attempt a DIY or take it to a mechanic. I would advise the latter.
It's a little confusing to understand from what you have said but I would think the issue would have to be either in a bad connection or a bad master switch. Check the fuse, just to make sure it is not blown.
If I understand correctly, none of the windows work from the master switch? But will work from their own switch?
Again, it's hard to understand exactly what is going on. Sorry, I wish I could be of more help.
After 7 yrs, things just don't work as they should. Do the passenger windows work at the door switch? Get a new switch and re install with nothing on but the key switch. If the passenger windows work and the alarm works, then it should be OK! The alarm may be the problem!
It is possible that it could be a fuse. Fuses are usually located under dash driver side, or under the hood. HOWEVER, if the fuse is not blown, and all windows and locks don't work you should look into replacing the master switch in your drivers door. The switch in the drivers door controls the other locks and windows so when this switch becomes defective it will affect the other switches as well.
check fuses? check window locks button? check relay for these two items under the hood, it's an omron relay, always goes out, i have a '97 pathfinder, goes all the time
