How do i bypass the igniton

Probably inside the fuel tank. A parts store may have a component location guide to help you.

May not b your problem..and may sound odd..but I have gearshift between front seat and my lil girl has thrown so many pennies/coins down there I couldn't shift sometimes...very annoying..pulled center console and found prolly 1-2 dollars in change..lol

Yes these cars are the same as far as parts go.
You will need to change some wiring on the automatic car for the manual swap to work without changing the wiring harness.

May have to look for these journals at shops that handle high performance parts or find a machinists that does this kind of work to mill you some.

Hi Von, Set plugs at 0.90mm to 1.00mm if it has electronic ignition and 0.80 if it has contact breakers and condenser. Regards John

i would be happy it runs, check the input/output to see if the bypass is putting out correct ohm measurement, and try a tuneup for fuel economy.

carbarator cleaner??make shure the ear-filter is clean and not clogged with dirt and dust, brakes ujusted properly,and also a dirty or clogged fuel filter will slow down performance,,,good luck

not really shure but i think there are no test connector on thise years since computer were very primitive

What fails on these predominatley within the choke system is the vacuum dashpot/pulloff.This slightly opens the choke plate with vaccum present after the engine has started and gives the engine some air.The engine will be under a very rich condition without this opening.Unfortunatley this pulloff is incorporated in the carburetor top which will nesessitate replacement of the carb top portion

This is done from the top /under hood...remove spare tire which will expose the starter motor. Remove both mounting bolts(17mm) and the electrical connector and battery cable(12mm)
