Mitsubishi pajero Hi. i have a Mitsubishi pajero GDI 2000, motor 6G74. i tried to find the engine to put in the registration card but i cant find it. Does anyone knows where is the engine number? is it possible to find the engine number throw the chassi number ? how? Thank you

Why my pajero GDI V6 6G74 3.5 year 1998, does not idli and I can only rev myself, we have tried everything and we can not get solution, please help
cheap fix by replacing the Ignition failure sensor.
It is found in the center of the top of the intake manifold, just in front of the loom plugs for the injectors.

Mitsubishi pajero gdi 3500 year 1998. vehicle not idling but can rev.it cuts off below 1000revs.we cleaned the whole fuel system and even changed the pumps. ENGINE 6G74-0718741426
I have a similar problem. It runs a while from cold and then just cuts. I have have changed the TB twice now with no change. I cant afford a new TB. Did you find a solution to your problem?

Mitsubishi Pajero Exceed 1997 Model Engine #6G74 GDI V6 3500,no power,I suspect its the engine control unit,I order the ECU,but still no power,probably its crankshaft and camshaft sensor.
I solve this problem with Mitshubishi Pajero GDI 6G74 like this: remove the two little filters from the high pressure pump and ,if necessary, insert a external gasoline filter.
