BEFORE YOU DO ANY HARD WORK TURN ON YOUR A/C AND BLOWER AND TAP THE BACK OF THE BLOWER MOTOR WITH A SMALL HAMMER IN A COMPLETE CIRCLE. SOUNDS LIKE YOU JUST HAVE SOME STICKING BRUSHES IN THE BLOWER MOTOR.

96 chevy blazer not blowing out cold air only 70 deg.freon full clutch engage and disengages

Have you checked the low side and high side pressures? The compressor might be bad. Does one line to the compressor get cold and the line coming out get hot?

I have a 96 chevy blazer with a 4.3 vortec rough

Do a compression test on all of your cylinders when it is cold. Backfiring is a sign of a worn valve seat allowing mixed fuel and air (lit by spark) to be forced back into the intake. You will probably see compression loss on one or more cylinders.

Also... there is a chance that the EGR valve is not totally seated when the engine is cold with just a small blow by. The EGR valve seats coke up over time with black gunk.

I have a 2003 chevy blazer but no heat, nothing but

Start by flushing your coolant system and replacing your thermostat. You may later find that you have a clogged heater core.

On my 1995 chevy blazer s-10 my face vents are not blowing air

Your heater valve is stuck open, also in a pinch you can crimp off your hose to the heater coil at fire wall. Try to find the heater valve vacumb hose under the hood see if it is bad and fixit. or some models have a cable to the valve could be broken.
