Mercedes Benz Dealers pay Mercedes $23,000.00 a year and up for WIS ( Workshop Information System ) and StarTek.

Mercedes OBDII Enhanced scanner cost about the same.

VW not quiet so much and us independents about $25.00 a day.

So don't be surprised if a shop charges for a fax or print out.
