My info says 14 ft lbs, plus 90 degree turn. Rod bearing cap.

Here you go...
Connection Rod Nuts: 37-38 Ft Lbs.
Main Bearing Caps: 55-61 Ft Lbs.
And Head Bolts...
1st - step; - 80 ft./lbs.
2nd - step, loosen all bolts;
3rd - step; - 80 ft./lbs.

1.6 engine 36 ft lbs 1.8 engine 36 ft lbs 2.0 engine 49 ft lbs
SOURCE: need torque specs for connecting rod and main
Torque in two to three stages.
Connecting rods are 24-26 lb.ft.
Main bearing caps are 41-44 lb.ft.
