On some models installing a non A/C optioned cars belt will do the trick due to it's shorter length.
If you can get a look at a non A/C car the same as yours....you can check if a shorter belt will do....or if it uses an extra idler pully on the belt system to make up for "no A/C compressor".
You need a shorter belt and then just route it regularly bypassing the ac

If you bought a Goodyear belt, the routing is on the box. Or you can get on Auto Zone's site and they have routing for all the belts. And then again, if your van hasn't been wrecked, there should be belt diagrams on your cawl. Hope this helps. phil
SOURCE: need to bypass ac compressor
Hi yotaguy,
You will need to buy a By-Pass pulley, due to the placement of the other pulleys you will not be able to eliminate the ac and still run the correct routing of the belt.
I will research the price of the pulley and post it here.
Please rate this solution, the only compensation I receive for my time is the knowing I have helped and the rating I receive here on Fixya.

its the same. but a different pulley takes place of the a/c compressor. I know DORMAN makes a few "bypass pulleys" to do this, but dont know if they make one for your truck. at the worst... you will need to get a pulley and bracket from the dealer for a truck without a/c . as long as your a/c pulley bearing is ok, you can let the belt run there.
